In this activity, learners will derive observations from satellite images. They will compare two Landsat satellite images to observe how the climate and human activity have impacted the landscape. The images and background details about them are provided. A separate resource is suggested to provide the teacher and students an introduction to interpreting Landsat satellite images. This is the fourth of four activities in the "Impact of Climate Change on the Desert Pupfish" of Climate Change, Wildlife and Wildlands: A Toolkit for Formal and Informal Educators.
